50th post! and what a great one it is. Michael Caine, dinosaur of acting and too many films to name, he was great in all of them. And the Austin Powers pic as well....simply hilarious. Is it authentic? Probably not, but I will not go into that too deeply, just be happy about it ;)

Finlay Robertson, probably not the best known actor ever, here in an episode of "Doctor Who" (probably the most unusual episode). He also was in "Body Farm", a british crime series (like CSI) last year. I wrote that I was looking forward to a second series, but he wrote on the back of the picture, thanking me for my interest, that there wouldn't be a second series and what he imagined would happen to his character. He is a geek among geeks! ;)

Mostly known as a comedian, Bill Bailey has a lot of acting credits to his name as well, here for example in last year's Doctor Who Christmas Special: The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe.

Now this is always great: not only did she sign both my pics but also added a larger one of her own and put them into a large envelope and sent my original envelope back to be used again. I like people like that :D Anyway, another of those that have been a long time in the making and quick in response...first picture from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding", second from "Connie and Carla", both firm favourites of mine and both not only starring Nia but also written by her. Just great :)

Tamsin Greig, second picture from Terry Pratchett's "Going Postal" TV movie, playing Saccharissa Cripslock, a Discworld journalist. Also did lots of other shows, including "Black Books", a series playing in a bookshop which I only discovered recently, simply hilarious ;)

This has been on my desk for a very long time, never got round writing to her...and look how quickly she replied. Loved her for a very long time; she's appeared in "Sister Act 1+2", "Hocus Pocus" and lots of other funny movies.

Singer, songwriter and lyricist Richard Stilgoe. I have seen him on some old Royal Variety Show lately and bought a CD of his, funny, chanson-like. Best known probably for his lyrics to Starlight Express, Phantom of the Opera and other musicals. From Wikipedia:"Stilgoe gave away all his royalties for his work as lyricist on Starlight Express to a village in India. Such was the musical's success that for some years these donations were exceeding 500 Pounds a day." Just great. :)
