John Williams

John Williams
(Sent: 23.01.12 / Received: 24.04.12)
Well, this is one of the most precious autographs I got, John Williams, composer of all the Stephen Spielberg films plus all the Star Wars films plus the first three Harry Potter films plus plus plus...a long and illustrious career and he's now in his 80th birthday year, as active as ever. Just great.

Andrew Sachs

Andrew Sachs
(Sent: 10.04.12 / Received: 23.04.12)
Andrew Sachs, famous for playing Spanish waiter Manuel in the sitcom 'Fawlty Towers', here in a picture from the Terry Pratchett-adaptation "Going Postal". As you can see he signed it in German as he was in fact born in Germany (as Andreas Siegfried Sachs) in 1930.

Freddie Fox

Freddie Fox
(Sent: 11.04.12 / Received: 18.04.12)
Freddie, pictured here as King Louis XIII in a scene from "The Three Musketeers", did something unusual...I always send a picture and there's a bit at the bottom left white where the actors can sign...some write onto the picture itself, which is also fine...Freddie cut the white part off. There is always a first time for everything ;)

Caroline O'Connor

Caroline O'Connor
(Sent: 09.03.12 / Received: 17.03.12 & 10.04.12)
Okay, now I wouldn't have posted this usually, because probably no one who reads this blog would know who Caroline is from the top of their head...she's doing a lot of theatre and concerts and starred in "Moulin Rouge" as the dancing girl "Nini Legs In The Air"...anyone who knows the movie will know her. Anyway....she's doing 'Gypsy' at the moment in Leicester and not only did she sign the picture I sent her, no...3 weeks later I get another envelope, large and stamped and what's in it? One of her own pictures, signed as well. That's what I call: class. :)
