The second dwarf and how appropriate since the world premiere of 'The Hobbit' took place in Wellington, NZ yesterday. Peter Hambleton plays Gloin, father of Gimli. This was the only actor I didn't have an address for so I just sent it to the Hobbit studio...obviously worked. And look what a great stamp he used ;)

Seth MacFarlane, the creator of 'American Dad' and 'Family Guy', doing voice work on the show but also a great singer, which he proved at a concert at the BBC Proms this year. The Hobbit Project: I sent letters to all 13 actors who play dwarves plus Martin Freeman, who plays Bilbo, to the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Let's see what will come of it :)

I already have autographs of 'Hobbit' actors, though not on Hobbit-pictures: Stephen Fry, Lee Pace, Barry Humphries and Sylvester McCoy e.g., plus Ian McKellen as Gandalf from LOTR.

Sebastian Armesto is a new favourite of mine, I saw him first in "Anonymous" where he played the guy who pretended to be Shakespeare, then I realized he was also in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides",  a very small part as King Ferdinand VI of Spain, then I watched "The Palace", which was a fun yet short-lived TV series. Will see him at the National Theatre in London later this year.

Tony Sheldon finished the Broadway run of "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert - The Musical" last weekend, he has been with the show since its premiere in Australia, took it to London (where we saw him in the show) and then to Broadway...making it six years of his life he invested in the show, quite impressive. He not only signed our pictures but also sent a postcard thanking us and telling us that a long vacation is now in order ;)
